Minted

I have been craving Rice Krispies for about a week now, I have no idea why, but I hadn't gotten over the craving so I had to make them. So today I finally got the ingredients and decided to make them with the help of a 4 year old. I wanted to make them different, especially for the little one, so I decided to make them what better colors then Mint and Pink!

Rice Krispies are a pretty easy snack to make, so easy you can make it in the microwave, but they are one of my favorites and remind me of living in my first apartment and making big batches of them to share with my friends

Here are just a few pictures of the process.

On another note,

Today I am frustrated with Forever 21. Well, to be more specific, one Forever 21. The attitude of the cashiers just annoy me, I really try to never be rude, or get angry over something small because I understand what's it's like to deal with a lot of people all day. But this Forever 21 seems to keep giving me problems. Sometimes when I shop I don't feel like trying on all my clothes because of what I'm wearing and usually fitting rooms are pretty warm and being as this is an outdoor mall, an extra dosage of warm is not on my wish list. So, when I go home to try on a pair of shorts, I noticed that at the very bottom at the start of the zipper it was missing a notch and so I couldn't zip the fly, so of course, I wasn't going to keep them. I went to return them about an hour ago and had to deal with a rude cashier. The fact that I had a problem with them last week where they forgot to bag a belt I bought, yet I didn't be a jerk about it, and then have to go back and deal with a right off the bat rude person, just annoys me. I probably won't go back to that Forever 21, unless I absolutely have to. And I still haven't got my belt.

  2. Those rice krispies treats look so yummy!
Ugh I'm so sorry about your experience at that F21 :( I hate when cashiers are jerks...especially when you didn't do anything to them! I try to be polite and kind, too, because dealing with customers isn't the greatest job...sigh. I hope you have better experiences elsewhere!

  3. Ooh, rice krispies sound so yummy right now! They look delicious!
Aww, I'm sorry the employees are jerks.
I can understand not being in the best mood, having to deal with so many people and all, but you'd think they'd be aware of what they're signing up for before they apply for the job and have a better attitude. :(
I hope you get your belt!

    1. And they are super easy to make!

I worked at Target and would get annoyed with people but I would never show it and be rude to them, it's my job to deal with them, some people just need to find better ways to cope with stress lol.

      Thanks Chrissy!

    1. Yup you just add the food coloring to the Marshmallows after they are melted and when you stir it everything will turn that color. I made some Spongebob ones before, and of course they were yellow!
