H&M: Don't you wish you could order online?

For a while now I have been "ooohing and awwing" over H&M's fabulous collection of clothes.

And let's not forget the prices. I am not sure why I can spend an hour or more gazing at all there beautiful clothes when it is nothing but TORTURE. I live in a town that DOES NOT have an H&M. And H&M, I'm sure as we all know, does not have an online shop. It's pretty unfortunate because they do lose a lot of business I'm sure. Especially with having to compete with Forever 21. So I brought it to H&M's attention, as I'm sure that plenty of people have. I probably sounded a bit rude actually, I think at the time I was genuinely upset about it. I mean, if you aren't in California, or some other place that has H&M, you are missing out on SO MUCH.

While I was visiting South Carolina I Googled the nearest H&M store. I think it was about 4 or more hours away which was way out of reach for me. My plane landed in one of those places, but I definitely did not have enough time to go shopping in between flights. So after being upset, and putting myself through torture of viewing there site, and after finally speaking up about it, H&M informed me that they would be going "online" this year. They didn't say when, exactly, but half the year is already over and I was already thinking it would be in the Fall of 2012. I am truly grateful for this. If it happens tomorrow, next month, two months, whenever, I am just glad it is happening, of course, the sooner the better but hey beggars can't be choosers right?

When they told me this, mind you it was about 4-5 weeks ago, I felt like I wanted it to be a secret. But I couldn't keep it in. H&M is something that needs to be enjoyed by others as well.

What are your thoughts on H&M. Do you love it or hate it? Let me know if you are also excited for H&M to be available online!

    1. I have a Forever 21 yet I still shop online. I find it easier to go through all the clothes they have. And if I have to, I make a stop to the store for returns/exchanges or if I need a new outfit ASAP!

Well luckily they have heard us and they will offer it soon.
Thanks so much Yesenia for reading my post ;)

  2. Although my friends always find cute things from H&M I have never purchased anything from them. Maybe I'll give them another chance.

    1. What didn't you like about them? I see a lot of accessories and I like the collaborations with Popular/Upcoming Fashion Designers. Let me know how that works out for you! (:

  3. I live in Orlando, but the H&M is in the Florida Mall which is a hot mess and filled with bus loads of tourists. It' about 45min from where I live so I'm only there once or twice a year. I love H&M clothes and I'm excited for them to launch online. However, not all of their clothes fit the same, and their sizes can run weird. So sometimes it is necessary to visit the store!

    1. I have never been to Orlando! I have been to Destin and Pensacola though. Haha I guess I was a tourist, well, visiting my boyfriends Family actually. That's what I heard about there clothes, that they don't always stay true to size! well I guess I will learn, but right now I am just excited about the launch.

  4. Wow this is so different from where I live. All my clothes are basically from H&M. And we have an online shop in Sweden! It sucks for you guys if they don't have an online shop, I love H&M and if you can get to a store I recommend everyone to go there - they have stuff for every style and size! And their nail polish is wonderful for the low prices! I'm so used to having like 15 H&M stores around - and that's just in the inner city of Stockholm, don't know if I could live a normal life without it ;) thanks for a really good blog, btw!

    1. I wish I lived in Sweden. Does that mean you shop at IKEA too? I love IKEA! Here in the states, only bigger cities have them, which I live in I think the second largest state, and a big city and we don't have an H&M. They have some in surrounding cities, but since the state is big, surrounding cities are like 3 hours at least away. I do love them from what I see online, and I cannot wait to be able to shop there. Thanks so much for reading and for your lovely comment :))

    2. All the furniture in my apartment if from IKEA - we live just a stone's throw away from the biggest IKEA in Sweden! It's a cool country in some ways, but I'd love to go to the states and shop for cosmetics. Everything is so expensive here due to stupid taxes and blah. :( And I will be reading every blog entry from now on - I found you on Beautylish. Love what you're doing, keep it up :)

    3. So jealous about your apartment! I love IKEA. When I got my first apartment, I got my furniture there and filled it with stuff I already owned, I wish they had more here. I wonder if it is the same as in Australia, because my grandpa lives there and tells me a mixed drink at a club is around 14 dollars or so, which is crazy. Also, when I shopped at Sephora he said "that place is expensive." Well thanks for reading and compliments!
